Welcome to Glosscalm Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products, including online courses and consultancy services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.


1. Definitions

  • “Glosscalm Ltd,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Glosscalm Ltd, the provider of services.
  • “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using our services.
  • “Course(s)” refers to any online training courses or digital content provided by Glosscalm Ltd.
  • “Consultancy Services” refers to any bespoke services, including but not limited to strategy consulting, or other professional services provided by Glosscalm Ltd.

2. Online Courses

2.1. Purchase and Access

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course(s) via email or through our learning platform.
  • Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.

2.2. No Refunds

  • All course purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a course has been purchased and access has been granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind.
    • Failure to complete the course.
    • Dissatisfaction with the course content.
  • By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2.3. Course Completion

  • All courses must be completed within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated. Failure to complete the course within this timeframe will result in the expiration of access without refund.

2.4. License

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal use only. You may not share, resell, or distribute the course content.

3. Consultancy Services

3.1. Scope of Services

  • Consultancy services will be provided as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract.
  • Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

3.2. Payment

  • Payment for consultancy services must be made in advance or as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • Failure to make payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.

3.3. Refunds for Consultancy Services

  • Refunds for consultancy services will only be issued if the service has not been delivered due to a fault on our part (e.g., technical failure, inability to deliver the service as described).
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Change of mind.
    • Dissatisfaction with the results, provided the service was delivered as agreed.
    • Delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide necessary information or materials).

3.4. Cancellation

  • If you cancel a consultancy service after work has commenced, you will be liable for payment for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, consultancy deliverables, and other content provided by Glosscalm Ltd are the intellectual property of Glosscalm Ltd and are protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Glosscalm Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when purchasing courses or engaging consultancy services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements for accessing our services.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Glosscalm Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
